1. Introduction
Welcome to Dr. Galyna's Wellness Hub ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use of our services, including but not limited to consultations, treatments, and procedures provided at our clinic. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by these T&Cs.
2. Appointment Booking and Deposit
To secure an appointment for any treatment, a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment.
Deposits can be paid via credit/debit card or other approved payment methods as instructed by our clinic.
The deposit is non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly ask that you respect our time and the time of other clients by adhering to the following cancellation policy:
48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.
If you fail to provide 48 hours' notice, you will forfeit your £50 deposit.
In the event of a "no-show" (failure to attend the appointment without notice), the full treatment cost will be charged, and no refund will be issued for the deposit.
4. Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow for any necessary pre-treatment procedures, including paperwork or consultation. If you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate you for the full treatment, and this may result in a reduced session or the need to reschedule.
5. Treatment Eligibility
Certain treatments may require a consultation before the appointment. During the consultation, our licensed practitioners will assess whether the treatment is appropriate for your needs. If you do not meet the necessary criteria for a treatment (e.g., health-related reasons or contraindications), we may decline to provide the treatment, and your deposit will be refunded in full.
6. Health and Safety
By booking an appointment with us, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical history, allergies, and current treatments to ensure the safety and efficacy of your chosen procedure. It is important that you follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided by our team to ensure the best possible outcome and avoid complications.
7. Payment for Treatments
Payment for treatments is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Any treatments requiring additional payments or follow-up visits will be discussed with you prior to booking.
8. Refunds and Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with the results of your treatment, please inform us within 7 days of your appointment. We are committed to providing high-quality services and will do our best to address your concerns. However, refunds will not be provided once a treatment has been administered, except where a medical issue or error on our part has occurred.
9. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal information. All personal details, medical history, and other confidential information shared during your treatment or consultation will be kept private and only shared with relevant professionals as necessary. 10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or displayed on our website, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon publication.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
